Reversed impact with reverb and fx's(48khz, 24bit, wav format). Sounds where created using ableton live as daw, reaktor ensembles and m4l devices as synths and processed with long fx chains. Useful for idm, glitch, experimental dnb.
I generated a "pluck" with audacity at note 45, gradual decay, and reversed it. Maybe you could add this at the end of a song as a strange ending, to be cool or something.
Recorded with my epiphone sg and fender squire mini-bass through a focusrite 2i2 interface to reaper. I'm a total newbie with mixing. All comments welcome. :-).
Recorded at the local indoor dump with my yamaha pocketrak. The sound is reversed immediately followed by the normal forward sound. Edited with sony vegas. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks. :^).
White noise fades in to climax with slight reverb at end. Atmospheric - an unsettling transition or sudden ending. Generated with audacity on a mac - 16-bit wav. I made this from scratch very quickly (after hours of searching for just the right sound!).
A sound created for a dramatic build in tension. Created by reversing and layering a number of percussion sounds. Edit: i see a lot of people are enjoying this sound! if you'd like to donate a dollar or two towards my personal starving artist fund here is a donation link: https://www. Paypal. Me/baharv89.
A child's laughter reverse and slowed down. Super creepy. The original sound was from user noisecollector. Free for anyone to use in whatever you want.
A metallic riser that could be used in a song or to build up to a moment in a game or film. Made by hitting a spoon with a metal cup (recording with an iphone), adding tape delay with lots of feedback and short time in logic pro x, and reversing the bounced audio. I'm really proud of this - it sounds really cool!.
